We’re here Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Sat 12pm-6pm (pacific), Spanish 800.499.6940 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (pacific).

The Oregon HIV/STI Hotline is staffed by group of knowledgeable and compassionate volunteers.  We provide information, support, and referrals on HIV, STIs, and viral hepatitis.  We talk to folks who may not feel comfortable talking to their family, friends, or doctor about certain things.  The Hotline provides a safe and anonymous space to get your questions answered by a sexpert.  We don’t judge.  You hate using condoms?  Let’s talk about it.  There are other ways you can reduce your or your partner’s risk.   Not sure how to disclose your status to your partner?  We’re here to listen and support you.

If you prefer getting your information online then you can go to our website and live chat with on of our counselors (which is a great way to get your questions answered while you’re sitting at work or school). Don’t feel like talk? Shoot us a text at 503.946.6202 and get your questions answered.

You can call the Hotline at 800.777.2437, text your questions to 503.946.6202, or chat online with one of our Hotline Counselors at www.oregonaidshotline.com.  We’re here 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 12pm-6pm on Saturdays.
